Would you ever put your bed in front of a window?
My room is incredibly small and I was thinking of moving my bed in front of the window. It'll make more room, but it might look awkward. Your thoughts?
You can def. move it in front of a window. It won't look so awkward if you don't have a large headboard. Play up the window by hanging panels high (almost to the ceiling). This will help your small room appear larger. This will also "frame" your bed. Add a piece of wrought iron over the top of the window to bring it all together. I did this for a client's bedroom recently and it turned out fantastic. Email me and I'll send you the picture if you'd like.
